Il capillare richiamo agli indirizzi, anche recentissimi, della giurisprudenza e agli orientamenti dottrinari di maggior rilievo relativi alle norme della l. 3/2016 mira ad offrire al professionista e allo studioso un proficuo strumento operativo, pensato per affrontare, nella pratica quotidiana, le più complesse questioni in tema di crisi e di insolvenza del debitore civile e del piccolo imprenditore. Il volume viene a costituire, in tal senso, una “bussola”, utile ad orientarsi rapidamente nel contesto sovente intricato e poco collaudato di regole originali e talvolta eccentriche rispetto alle categorie giuridiche consuete.
