BURGERLICHES RECHT IM NACHBURGERLICHEN ZEITALTER - 100 JAHRE SOZIALES PRIVATRECHT IN DEUTSCHLAND, FRANKREICH UND ITALIEN

Over the last 100 years, European private law has developed from liberal to social private law. The foundations for this were laid in the German-French-Italian discourse of the interwar period. Further significant impulses came from fascism and in the course of the European integration of the three states after 1945. For the first time, the genesis of today's private social law has been discussed and comprehensively analyzed at trilateral conferences in the Villa Vigoni. This first of three resulting volumes deals with the significance for this development of the Franco-Italian draft of the Code of Obligations of 1927 (Progetto di Codice delle obbligazioni e dei contratti - Projet de Code des obligations et des contrats) .
